I recently launched The Lifeaholic Podcast, a platform where we share inspiration, insights and ideas that will help you to be your best self and live your best life.
So, what can you expect on the podcast? You can expect a lot of authentic encouragement and practical answers every time you join me. You can expect to have a lot of fun as we grow and journey together. There is so much in store for us to discover and explore together here and I’m hoping that this podcast will be one of your best friends. Also, I’m a lot more open when I’m speaking than I am when I’m writing, so you’ll enjoy an extra layer of me on the podcast.
