For us to be at our best and live our best lives (and keep our sanity), we need to intentionally declutter our minds from time to time. So, we share the reason and process for an effective mind declutter on the podcast today.
This week’s assignment: Declutter your mind. Get a pen and, in a notebook, list everything occupying space in your mind. Nothing is too unimportant. Do this over the next few days.
