On the podcast, we continue the Closing Rhythms – that help us to close out a season (or year) and begin another one with intentionality. Today, we look at the second one: Rest.

Rest of the body and soul is an act of trust and worship; it puts us at our best and positions us to receive from the Lord. We need rest and renewal if we’re going to see things (both the past and the future) in the right perspective.
